Use email for platform issues such as paper-loading problems, account issues, session bugs, or general support questions.

If possible, include the affected subject, paper, route, browser, and device.

Corrections

If you believe an answer, question mapping, or public article contains an error, send a correction request with the paper identifier or page URL.

Include the reason you believe the content should be reviewed.

Privacy and data requests

For privacy questions, data deletion requests, or concerns about stored account information, contact the same email address and clearly state that the request is privacy-related.
