Users sign in using Google Sign-In. When you do so, we receive and store:

• your email address
• your Google profile picture

We do not collect passwords.

b) Usage and Academic Data

To provide marking, progress tracking, and rankings, we store:

• your answers to MCQs
• scores and ranks
• progress history and attempts

c) Technical Information

We do not intentionally store IP addresses. However, request information may be temporarily processed by hosting and authentication providers for security and operational purposes.

We use cookies and tracking technologies based on your consent.

a) Essential Cookies

Always active and necessary for the platform to function:

• browser local storage for login sessions
• preference storage for theme and settings
• session cookies for security

b) Analytics Cookies

Only with your consent. We use Google Analytics to understand usage, measure performance, and identify issues.

Google Analytics is configured to anonymize IP addresses and respects your browser's Do Not Track settings.

c) Advertising Cookies

Only with your consent. We use Google AdSense to serve advertisements and measure ad performance.

You can opt out of personalized advertising in your Google account settings.

Your data is used for platform operation, marking, progress tracking, rankings, stability, and performance improvements.

With analytics consent, aggregated usage data helps improve the platform. With advertising consent, AdSense supports free operation.

Important: We do not sell or rent your personal academic data to third parties.

QuickMark uses the following third-party service:

• Firebase (Google) for authentication and backend services

These services process data in accordance with their own privacy policies and industry security standards.

• opt out of global leaderboards
• make your profile private
• delete subject-wise data from within the platform

You may request complete account deletion by emailing hello@quickmark.co.

QuickMark does not explicitly request age information. If you believe personal data has been provided by a child without appropriate consent, please contact us for removal.

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect stored data. No online system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of QuickMark after changes implies acceptance of the updated policy.
