IGCSE Physics (0625) multiple choice comes as two 40-question papers, Paper 1 (Core) and Paper 2 (Extended), each 45 minutes. That's a little over a minute per question, and our data shows Physics is the slowest of the IGCSE sciences to work through (around 24.2 minutes per attempt), so timing is a real constraint, not a theoretical one.
Physics averages 80.4% across 2,302 attempts, but the spread is wide and the recent 2025 papers are the hardest. Start from the top of the hardest-papers list, sit it under timed conditions, then review every wrong answer against the mark scheme before moving on. Re-attempt the same paper a week later: if your score doesn't jump, your review wasn't deep enough.
